Today we're sharing SalesChamp publicly: door-knocking software purpose-built for the home-services teams that actually run routes - pest control, lawn care, roofing, HVAC, gutter and window cleaning, solar, and alarm and security companies.
We built SalesChamp after watching the same pattern over and over. A crew runs a great route. Reps log doors on a clipboard, in the notes app, or on a folded-up printout of a satellite map. By the end of the day half the addresses are unreadable, half the follow-ups never make it into the CRM, and Monday morning the office is reconstructing the route from memory.

House-level field map
SalesChamp puts a Google Maps base layer under your route and overlays OpenStreetMap building polygons. When a rep taps the map, the visit snaps to the exact house, even on a tight cul-de-sac where the GPS ambiguity would normally land you on a neighbor.

Tap the right outcome and move on: Sale (price, service from your catalog, name, phone, email, notes), Follow-up (contact + scheduled time), Lead (contact info), No, or No Answer. The whole loop is one screen.
Territories and live crews
Managers draw territory polygons, assign them to teams, and watch live rep pings on the map. Reps are stopped from logging outside an assigned territory, so coverage stays clean across crews.
Calendar and labourers
Sales with a scheduled date automatically turn into routed calendar jobs. The calendar shows day and week views with travel-time estimates between jobs. Labourers who only complete scheduled work get a stripped Calendar + Settings view - and they don't consume a billable seat.
GoHighLevel sync
Connect a HighLevel sub-account, map a pipeline once, and every door outcome becomes a contact and opportunity on the right stage. Failed syncs go to a retry queue. There's no end-of-day copy-paste.
Per-seat pricing, free until you're ready
SalesChamp is a per-seat monthly subscription on Stripe. Only active sales reps consume a seat. Labourers are free. Demo mode is free with no credit card - your records stay on the device and you can import them into your organization the moment you add seats.
